I was a sales coach for over a decade before I realized traditional selling doesn't work. Then after graduating with my Masters in Professional Communication, I wrote my sales playbook based on the magic of collaboration I call Collabradabra. It's a customer centric approach where both you and the customer win. And it works from sales strategy, skills to execute and sales motivation. 

At the same time I coached individuals on leadership. I thought this is something you can teach. Then after coaching people in 8 countries over 20 years I realized you already have all you need with you right now, I just help you find it. That's my Hero's Journey coaching approach.
